These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to SAKUYA Uploader (the "Tool"), operated by Takeshi Horiguchi (the "Operator").
1. What the Tool is
The Tool is an internal command-line tool that runs only on the Operator's own computer. It uploads videos made by the Operator to the operator's own YouTube channels (such as SAKUYA 桜), and sets their details and thumbnails. The Tool is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
Information handled through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Privacy
How the Tool handles information is explained in the SAKUYA Uploader Privacy Policy.
4. Who may use the Tool
Only the Operator uses the Tool, and only for the operator's own channel. The Tool must be used in line with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable laws.
5. Fees
The Tool is free. It does not charge anyone and does not show advertisements.
6. Relationship with YouTube and Google
YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. The Tool is not made, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
7. Changes
If these Terms are changed, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、堀口 健（以下「運営者」）が運営する SAKUYA Uploader（以下「本ツール」）に適用されます。
1. 本ツールについて
本ツールは、運営者本人のパソコンの中だけで動く、コマンドで使う社内用の道具です。運営者が作った動画を運営者の YouTube チャンネル（SAKUYA 桜 など） にアップロードし、動画の情報とサムネイルを設定します。他の人への提供・販売・使用許諾はしていません。
2. YouTube 利用規約
本ツールは YouTube API サービスを使用しています。本ツールを使う人は、YouTube 利用規約（https://www.youtube.com/t/terms）に同意したものとします。
YouTube API サービスを通じて扱われる情報には、Google プライバシーポリシーも適用されます。
3. プライバシー
本ツールでの情報の扱いは、SAKUYA Uploader プライバシーポリシーで説明しています。
4. 使う人
本ツールを使うのは運営者本人だけで、運営者自身のチャンネルのためだけに使います。本ツールは、YouTube 利用規約・YouTube コミュニティ ガイドライン・関係する法令に沿って使います。
5. 料金
本ツールは無料です。誰からも料金を受け取らず、広告も表示しません。
6. YouTube・Google との関係
YouTube および Google は Google LLC の商標です。本ツールは YouTube や Google が作ったもの・推奨したもの・支援したものではありません。
7. 変更
本規約を変更する場合は、このページに新しい版を掲載し、「最終更新日」を更新します。
8. 準拠法
本規約は日本の法律に従って解釈されます。
